my mom has decided this is the way to go this year.  She bought an electric deep fryer....any pointers, receipes, advice???

Do not overfill the oil. It can spill and flare up. Keep all kids and critters far away.

How do you season the turkey and yes I will make sure she keeps it outside, course she IS from Kentucky..tee hee!!!

I've never done it but most that I have talked to use some form of Injection to flavor the meat
