Ok, ok last photos before their eyes open.  I don't want to drive everyone too crazy. I'm taking a bunch though so that there's an album for myself, Carol and whomever may possibly get the third. These were taken tonight, so about one week. 

I invited my neice over to help me tonight so that I could show how big they are compared to a hand or a DVD.  Zoey has settled down some so I figured one new visitor should be OK. 







  ...........(I've been calling him Pooh Bear, they're all well fed, but he's the fatter of the two that are primarily black and tan, and he has the most of Zoey's color.)

Sauce, I got the virus...and we all know you do too!!  *VBG*   http://www.grendoxdachshunds.com/dog_virus.htm   Ok, maybe not quite bad enough to be borrowing from college funds, but hey, you get the picture.

I was willing to keep all three going in, knowing it was my responsibilty and I have a hard enough time with my fosters.  Do you know how MANY apps I went through??      LOL.  How could you not, honestly.  I know they were little mishaps, and life lesson learned the hard way, but I just have to.  Its only been a week and they are the thing I look forward to most in my day. 

My father has actually considered taking the third little boy.  He isnt home as much as I'd like, and he lives alone right now, but he would have a great home where I know he wouldn't ever, ever end up in a shelter or a dad himself.  We'll see if that works out well or I find a better option.  (The boys with me at the time will have neuter appointments ON the day they turn 6 months, LOL .. I think thats the earliest you can neuter a boy safely. I'll have to check with the vet, but no worries yet!)   

By the way, how are your little ones?  Too bad you're up in B.C. we may have been able to set up a whole puppy kindergarten class by January.

My kiddos are great.  Peeing machines.  lol!  I thought we had teh housetraining down, but Turner threw me a loop and peed on the couch the other night.  I'll post some pics from they're herding weekend in another thread.

That is my main fear about breeding Impulse...How am I going to be able to trust someone else with MY puppies?  And one of the homes I had all lined up decided she wanted an aussie now, not in two-three years so has Turner's brother.  Oh, and I am done college and have no skin kids...so this is the college fund!  lol!
