Does anyone have an awesome caeser recipe?  I'm looking for the less-creamy version.  C'mon guys I need one of those "wow this is an amazing caeser" recipes!

try this one ...maybe a small version because i haven`t made it so i`m not sure what it`s like. i make all my own dressings for my daily salads for lunch so i`ve got a gazillion recipes for dressing
2 cups garlic anchovy mayo(recipe below)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/3 to 1//2 grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp black olive paste(optional)
In a bowl whisk together all ingredients,adding black olive paste if desired.Cover and refrigerate until serving.Stir before using. Makes about 2 1/2 cups

Garlic Anchovy Mayo
*has a raw egg
2-3 cloves garlic
1 large egg
2 Tbsp anchovy paste
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup canola oil
Mince garlic in a food processor.Add egg, anchovy paste,lemon juice and pepper and process until smooth.With motor running drizzle in both oils until mayo thickkkkens.Scrape into bowl,cover and refrigerate. makes 2 cups  Grin
