We had a nice Christmas.
Everyone made out like a bandit, of course.
Sav got me a Grandfather clock, and this huge, honking ring that I need to exchange for something a little more manageable...
New Years Eve the girls got us a night in a hotel suite to ourselves!

Asleep by eleven? Wow, Not here.  I'd feel bad for ya if you were a neighbor of mine. I always used set my car alarm off at midnight (panic button). My neighbors would be out banging pots and pans yelling happy new year!! Since my neighbor had her baby we've toned it down a bit. But my father is still at it. And he's right in the city, I'm in the suburbs, and he sets his alarm off to celebrate. Always an enjoyable night. This year it'll be my first spent out of the country. The significant other and I are heading to Niagara Falls canada for two nights. The little guys will be just shy of six weeks so they'll be with my mother and should do just fine with their ma and whelping area still nearby. They're pretty familiar she visits fairly often and says hello. Need some time away from work and caring for relatives. I indeed got my digi cam for Christmas... Sony cyber shot 7.2 pixels can hardly wait for my memory card to arrive and start snapping away, I love it. Takes beautiful shots. Yay! NO more fuzzy pics!

Oh and Pats, great gift idea for hubby.  I love mine, they are addictive. I'm actually on it right now checking the boards and replying to posts. I actually have the motorola Q but they're similar enough. Same basic ideas.  Nifty little gadgets for people who get enough use out of em.

Ok, Sav got me both the Grandfather clock and the ring... (he says I always outdo him and he wanted to outdo me this year!)
The clock was in a BIG box!
I got him a video camera, and a weather station, along with a razor.
