Never make my own dough. Too much work and I can order much better pizza than I can make at home. You just have to know where to order from. Part of the homemade problem is the oven You cannot get your oven hot enough. Remember this is Chicago and we have 2 distinct styles of pizza and I love them both. We have the Chicago pan style (Lou Malnati's is my favorite) and thin crust.
Now this thin crust is cracker thin and should be somewaht crispy. For this my favorite is Marie's in the city on Lawrence avenue.

Now both have to use fresh and real ingriedients (none of that fake cheese stuff)
