Beau bought me a LaCrosse weather station for xmas.
So, I have the wind speed and direction sensors, along with a raingauge up
on a pole so it's about 6' above our roof line.
Those hook up into a sending unit which tracks Temps,Moisture, and Pressure.
Then is hooks up into a desk module which reads all my indoor information
and hooks up to my computer.
The software it comes with does many thing,
one is I have it setup to report our local weather to 5 different weather reporting site
so they can use the information for their weather reporting.

and I also have it setup to create a weather image, and it updates/uploads that automatically every 10 minutes.
so I added that image to my signature..and
WALLA, you have my weather information current up to 10 minutes!

Pretty Nice eh?

really? Its cold enough to get hoar frost here? Wow, I'm impressed. I thought the prairies only ever got hoar frost. Its so pretty, everything is white and prickly looking.

Currently 13 degrees here in pitts. All I know is weather like this I can usually be found with a pile of little dogs under my covers. Pooh is already a cover hog in this cold weather, but i'm so proud of that tiny little guy he makes it til 5am every morning. Like clockwork 5am comes and pooh is up to potty. And love the photos saucy. Makes of shiver to look at em but always enjoy your pics.
