You can stuff Easter eggs with your butt? Now that's a talent!

It was getting nice up here...
Then it had to go and snow a bit today.
At least it wasn't much. Though the roads were slick this morning.
It's just a matter of having some patience. Spring WILL come!
I did go out and buy a new spring jacket... AND started to wear it...
When I saw the snow this morning I decided I was going to wear it again this morning anyway!!
I was not going to let old man weather spoil my fun!

There ya go beau. . If we all just protest and refuse to do anything but plunge into spring. . . It should come.  I am getting rid of all things that remind me of winter. Putting away my snowbaby decorations and my winter theme avon lotion at the office. Refusing to wear a scarf any longer. We're predicted to have rain this week with a high of 56. Ohhhh mutt strut can't come soon enough. Its my summer kick off event and i can't wait. Pooh has started enjoying outdoors and i can't wait to see my lil one frolicking in the yard when all the spring babies come out. I'm already planning my garden this year and i plan to get a gazebo and sit outside on warm summer evenings sipping peach long island iced teas and having nice summer night conversations with friends, the dogs lounging or chasing lightning bugs. Zoe had us laughing last summer with her firefly fascination. Just being able to open the windows and hear the crickets and birds will be nice. The joys of summer time. . . Can you tell i'm sick of winter

alright you two, I understand your wintertime protest=I'm right there with ya but y'all are gonna have pnemonia romping around in spring jackets with no scarves in this weather.  Hang in there....it'll come.  Now that Louisa has us on the gazebo with fireflies, I'm really getting antsy! Cool

Yep, was nasty...
Had me on one round of antibiotics....
Was starting to feel better... then I had the trip to Chicago and was walking all over downtown in the windy city...
Then got sicker and had to go on another round  of antibiotics with walking pneumonia...
I have asthma, so end up very sick when I get respiratory illnesses.
Yuck!

They are predicting anywhere from 6-10 inches of snow, depending on who you are listening to.
I am not a happy camper about this snow business!
Yesterday was officially the first day of spring!

UGH, here too......I'm putting out the melon candles and getting a smell of Spring anyway.  It is freezing out there.  Good day to take all the dogs and cuddle up for a nap.  I was hoping we could march into an early Spring.  Maybe some pretty flowers for the table will chirp it up round here for Easter dinner.
