summer event for us

Just a lil update on some summer plans. We're going to a meet up with the Pittsburgh Toy dog meetup tomorrow, and I'm very excited to be taking the gang, especially to get Pooh bear the socialization and exercise he needs. Description:

Please clear your calendars for June 7th so you can join us to kick off the dog days of summer with your pooch at the Pittsburgh Toy Dog Meetup, "Dog Days of Summer Party"! Hopefully this will be one of our biggest Meetups of the year.
"Dog Central" is located on Route 8, in Allison Park, PA, it is an air conditioned indoor doggie daycare/boarding/self dog wash/grooming facility. Dog Central is a very clean, cute, and safe enviroment for our dogs to play together. For this event there will be a chinese auction with lots of great dog related items for you and your dog, snacks and beverages for the humans and treats for the dogs. There will be a small fee of $5.00 per dog to cover the cost of facility rental. I sure hope you'll join us for this fun filled event.

So far, there's over 35 owners registered with at least a dog each, so it'll be interesting! A friend of mine, Jenna, will be bringing her westie out as well. It'll be so nice to see the gang running about they won't know what to do with themselves, but Pooh generally loves chaos anyways... its exciting to an adventurous little guy... which, by the way... he has improved WONDERS as time has went on, he must have been in a shy stage a while back, because he is happy and curious as all get-out now. we walked him down the street for ice cream yesterday and even a tractor-trailer going right by us very loudly didnt scare him, he kept looking at it as it passed, wondering what in the world that thing was but not acting frightened which is exciting progress for us. He's in his curious and crazy stage now, he runs circles out of pure excitement for walks and he is wondering about everything around him...and he seems to love dogs, even large ones.
