How is everyone faring with Ike?

How is everyone faring with Ike and the weather coming up and hitting most of us??  Last night and today we have had horrendous winds that have downed power lines and trees/tree branches. My yard for one is full of twigs, branches, leaves and garbage that blew OVER the fence (stuff from the neighbors trash ...which blew onto the street.) We had some rain on Saturday, but nothing else so far.  Just these crazy winds even though they are calling for rain. (I'm in Pittsburgh, PA) This sounds crazy, but I didnt want to let the dogs out last night before bed for fear they'd blow away into the fence! (Pooh is 10lbs, Zoey is 12, Simba is about 15... and bags of trash that weighed more were being blown away and cans knocked down.)

Just wondering what everyone else was getting??

Hmmm, we haven't had anything..
There was drizzle for Sat and Sunday, but that was about it around here.

we have record highs here right now...warmer than it was this summer, and we had a nice summer.

My daughter in the Pittsburgh area has been without power because of the winds.
We had thew 10+ inches of rain and I live 1 block from the Des Plaines river. I've been pumping out my yard since Saturday but we fared better then a lot of others around me. So glad I do not have a basement. Hard to get around as a lot of the streets are still flooded
