Of a reputable Welsh Terrier breeder within a few hours of Michigan?  A friend has done her research, and really wants this particular breed but doesn't have any recommendations on breeders.

They're not that common, she's likely going to have to get one from a distance unless she's lucky enough to have a breeder near her, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's quite a waiting list.  Contacting the nat'l club would be a good place to start.
