Looks like a picturesque little neighborhood straight out of the Brady bunch.   Looks like an excellent little all-american place to raise a family, complete with a labrador retriever (or a golden in your case, Joe) right in the video!  (Ever hear how they say the 'all-american' family has 2-3 kids, and a Labrador retriever?)    Very nice... very neighborly little suburb ,looks like.    Grin
