Well it's official... one year today Pooh and Oscar were born. Tuck tomorrow. I remember Christmas day last year I brought them out while my niece and nephew opened gifts and they were tiny and not sure what was going on... if zoe or their bed they hung out in wasnt near, they were crying.  This year will be so funny... he'll be running around under wrapping paper and having a blast...zoey will be running the other direction, probably sitting on top of the heating vent as per usual lately! I wonder how she is not hot sometimes... she literally will lay on top of the vents on the floor ...which blow just a nice warm breeze usually.. or underneath blankets.  Two totally different personalities at times... he wants to be right in on the action.  My nephew says he is like the dog in Over Hedge the movie... when the turtle steps on the squeaky toy and the rottie comes out of the house saying "Play?? Play play play play play!"  That is Pooh in a nutshell.  Zoey will play with ya  if you squeak a toy, but gives up easily and is much more content to be snoozing somewhere warm and has been like that since a little puppy.  She was never very hyper.

To boot, we had a winter weather advisory til 6pm today and got three inches dumped on us last night!!  I am just hoping its not too crazy from now til tomorrow because I have to travel a ways to a 50th wedding anniversary party tomorrow night and havent got my tires yet which need changed.  Huh?

Any snow for anyone else?

Can't believe the boys are a year old already....ahhhh, but Tucker has one more day of being a puppy.  We have Oscar tonight and tomorrow night while my sis and bro in law go out of town to my nephew's hockey game.  We are having the family Nov. b=day party Sun. for my bro in law, my daughter, myself and now Oscar and Tucker.  They have played sooooo hard today...chase, wrestle, tug, chase some more, play in the snow...they are now totally exhausted. lol!

Wow, happy birthday puppies!
Here, we got a dusting of snow lastnight. Just enough to stick on the ground, but nothing significant this year yet....

Well the party went grand and there were people tearing up all over while watching our slideshow. It ended up turning out beautiful. We rented a projector and hooked it up to my laptop and played the show. It was great! Hours of work gthering pics, scanning, cropping, organizing etc but fun. Also got some snow and have some ice today this way. Just got home not to long ago and got the dogs out and situated.   Well were retiring for the night here its been a long day!

Pooh just loves the little squeaky toy that Carol sent him!! We just got it this past week!  In total truth, he has been carrying it around with him all week... which gave me a great opportunity to wash the ones he used before!!

Here is day before thanksgiving.  He carried the toy all around the house, from the leather couch in my living room to the new couch in my side room (same throw pillows) which is like a small family room.

I know! Ice never had a type of dog that has nails that grow like zoey and poohs both. They have the longest nails by the time simbas start to grow in. I try to schedule them all together but its not working well! (pooh and zoey both refuse to let me cut their nails. Zoe I can sometimes but wow does pooh freak out!) so I take them to simbas groomer. They'll be there by next week cause I always ty to keep on a schedule of the beginning of the month for their revolution meds, nails cut, baths for all and simba hair cut if she needs one.
