I have discovered something I never seen before. Sometimes, when the dogs are let into the yard to go to the bathroom I will see pooh lick at the area one dog went and then ge does this really odd looking thing with his mouth where he opens and closes it and looks like he is a talking dog off of a movie or something, it really looks odd! Why would he do this? The other dogs don't and I have never seen this!

not odd at all.  Just gross boy dog behaviour.  All my boys do it to Impulse pee.

It's just a type of chattering, like some cats do when they see a bird.

Some dogs will chatter their teeth when they smell or taste urine or blood. My terrier Pooch used to do that when he bit his tongue or after sniffing where Ginger had gone in the yard.
