I have heard rave reviews from many, many people on this book.  I am in the process of reading it....wondering if any of you have read it and what you thought about it??

Nope, what's it about?  I am reading the Purpose-Driven Life right now and I am enjoying it a great deal.  What is 'The Shack' about?

We did the Purpose Driven Life Bible Study with the book.  It was good but I got a bit bored.  The Shack is compelling; I have to keep picking it up and reading a few pages.  It is about a man who literally writes this book for his grandkids, to leave his legacy of faith.  He writes a fictional story to help explain....the author is phenomenal in the way he weaves his story together.

aw that does sound nice.  I am going to add it to my list of  "TO check out" books.  Did you happen to get the chance to read Edgar Sawtelle yet?
