Chicagoland Pet Expo this weekend

Hey I just wanted to post about this event in case anyone is nearby and hasn't heard about it. This is a really fun a LARGE pet show with all types of animals. It is this weekend Friday to Sunday. It is held at Arlington Racecourse (inside) and it is two floors of pet stuff, organizations, events, demos, and so on... I've been to a number of pet shows but this the largest. They have a number of fun dog events/demos to watch like dog dancing, pet contests, frisbee, bird show, etc and there is also a CFA cat show and a household companion cat show on the upper level(which I am entering by the way.)

Neato.   Sounds like fun!!  It's probably I am guessing very similar to the Pittsburgh Pet Expo -- you should have a blast... take some pics!!!

Oh yeah I always have lots of fun, I've been going to this show for about 13-15 years now. I used to enter the "Lovable Pooch Contest" every year but last year and this year I entered their household cat show instead. Last year our Maine Coon Roxy got 1st place in the show. This year my feral rescue kitten Harlequin got first place!
