My friends' daughter is having surgery...prayers please

You might have seen the photos I posted a while ago of Ginger and Elana... I've been friends with Elana's family since I was just a few years old.

I just found out that Elana is going to have open heart surgery on Monday.  She is 5 years old. She had surgery a few years ago to put a valve in her heart and there is something not working right with the valve so they have to do another surgery. It is on Monday at 7:30 am and it is going to be 5-8+ hours long.
I just wanted to post and say if everyone can please pray for her if you do that kind of thing...

Hi,
I finally heard from them. Elana is doing well, thank goodness. She is in ICU now following the operation.

when she gets on a regular floor, will Ginger be able to go visit?  I'll keep praying?

I really would like to take Ginger to visit her. I know Elana would love that!
 Unfortunately we're not a member of the therapy dog group that goes to that hospital although we did train with them a couple of years ago... Plus we're not a member of any of the national groups, only local groups so I'm not sure if they would let us. I'm going to try to talk with the group and see if they can help. If not I'll talk to Elana's mom and see if she can ask the hospital if they can let Ginger visit.
