You know how the saying goes "you learn something new everyday?"

Well today I learned, that no matter how good it is, don't eat half a pineapple in one sitting...

I learned a lesson like that too....dried apricots.   They were sweet and good, and I was so pleased with myself..... I finally found a nutrious way to sort appease my insatiable sweet tooth.  Before I knew it I had eaten waaay more than I should've and holy cr#p (no pun intended Roll Eyes)..... did I pay for it!

Its so hard, we have so much yummy fruit in the house right now!  pineapples and mangos and oranges...mmmm.  Think I might go make myself a mango and strawberry milkshake...that I'll pay for later.  LOL!

Now WHY did you eat 1/2 a pineapple in one sitting, they don't even do THAT in Hawaii!
