hello im new on this post . i have a small chi. 4lbs. he has a dry bare spot on his thigh.  what could this be ? hes very small for hisage hes had all his shots and worming. any advice ?  Undecided

There are a lot of things it could be.  From a demodex lesion to ringworm.  Have the vet look at it.

that kind of advice, but on a side note, I'd LOVE to see a pic. of your little fellow.  We have a greyhound and one of my favorite parts of having her is dressing her up-she really loves her Bling Bling and lights up when we put it on her.  Does your Chi like to dress up.  I see all kinds of wonderful little outfits at Target!!
