Help making a baseball program. :)

Okay, I am in charge of making the programs for the baseball team... and I have been googling up a storm to no avail... for templates or something!  (Not great with Adobe)

if someone could help me out here, save me the embarassment of all the parents looking at my program like "WHAAAAAT?!" .... it would be great!!

I was going to include the roster, because some of the parents have been saying "who's he... #15....?   ...Who is that?...  Nick?!" so we want to help them all out there, but not sure what in the world else to put in it or how to set it up... new at this.   And want it to look half-decent!

Do you guys that went to games, had kids in it, etc...do them for every game... or what?  Thanks a ton to anyone with some feedback!!!

My daughter plays softball and we never had programs...
If you did a roster, you could include the kids and thier numbers, but probably couldn't include positions, as those can change depending on the situation. The coaches often have kids that sometimes do outfield, sometimes play infield positions.... though they don't always change. I guess it depends on the coach too.

So just basically a piece of paper folded in half with a list of the kids and their numbers?   

Anything else?  .... listing of the schedule maybe?

My thoughts would be.

Cover would have maybe a photo or logo of the team

Inside would be the roster (including manager, coaches and anyone else that helps out)

next page would be the schedule showing dates, time and if needed location.

Well as of last night, we're 1-7....      And the coach got thrown out of the game for not shutting his mouth to the umpire!   Off to a great start we are!
