No.... that is a Betty Page tattoo he is working on for some guy...
It's pretty impressive to see in person!
It's a work in progress at this point, and still healing, so has a ways to go, but still pretty neat looking!

I really like Miami Ink, they go into how people should think about what their getting and not just rush into them.
 It's funny, I never had anyone walk into my shop and ask for a "Consult" on a tattoo design till after those shows came out. It's kind of cool actually.

Now, Inked...I can't stand that show, from the very start, They show some guy tattooing the palm of his hand to check the maching and needles..then he hands it to the apprentice and he does it too..with the SAME MACHINE AND NEEDLES.
Now..thats really gross...for two reasons...
1) who knows what the old timer artist might have, Hepititus..or anything else...
and
2) Some people watch those shows to try and learn tattooing because they refuse to learn the proper way (WAY TO MANY PEOPLE)..and Now, they think thats the way you check  maching and needles...on your hand..then work on someone with it. Thats Just Dangerous and should never have been aired.
 Other then that...the show has very little to do with tattooing, more so, it's just drama in the shop. Waste of time!!
