Did you see the Reader's Digest story about the Vegas mayor??  I read my back issues on vacation so I can't remember if it was june, july or Aug.  Woa, what a character that guy is eh?  An ex-mafia defender???  woweeeee he's got some glitz and glitter.

it's a good article, telling how colorful he is but it did give a lot of info. about his sketchy past...tells about him defending a mobster accused of putting another mobster's head in a vice and smooshing it.....interesting guy  Cool Grin

i`ll have to track it down somewhere. yea, he was a defender for the mob. the mob used to run vegas way back when. he`s quite the mayor  although in light of this new homeless issue i`m sure he`s not gained any popularity
