Uh-Oh help....

spilled a cup of coffee all over my keyboard.  I wiped it as best I could with paper towel, turned it upside down and shook it-what else can I do to get the liquid out & not destroy it??

if it's sugar....it's just a matter of time..and it'll be history.
Unless you want to attemp opening it up and Q-tip cleaning everything with alcohol..and HOPE it goes back together and works. ;-)

2 cubes of sugar and a tad of milk.....I blew it dry....mmmmmm.....the aroma of coffee fills the air.  Now I'm gonna say my prayers and hope it works.  I can get myself into more jams!!!

can you pop off the keys and get them as clean as possible underneath?  You'll also be amazed at the amount of dog hair in there!  My suggestion though, only do one row at a time so you know where everythign belongs...LOL!

Yowza-I blew it dry and that helped for about an hour and then 10 or more keys quit working (thus the post above).  My son volunteered his keyboard and mouse (yes, I got the mouse too ) until I can get another.  Not trying that again!!

Yeah I know, and don't think I haven't heard about from my children who are NEVER allowed to have beverages near the computer-ugh!!
