Darn, I thought it was yesterday!  Wow, you're going to be having a big lunch next week and a BiG dinner the week after that....how ya doin' workin' out??
Speaking of which, I'm finally at the point where I can do obliques (took a loooong time cuz it involves twisting)....whew, I have abs, I never knew I had.  My PT and I have been doing "THE BIGGEST LOSER" work out video.  It's wonderful cuz it goes from beginner level to advanced.  The ppl from the show are the ones doing the workouts so you don't feel like you have to have the perfect body and trendy work out clothes to do it.  Highly recommend it....it has both strengthening and cardio.
