In my job I go over all the IT systems outages to make sure that steps are taken so the problem does not happen again if possible.

We have people all over the country. (actually we have them in India and Jamaica too)
Sometimes the  colloquialisms used take me a bit of time to translate.

This one took me a few minutes.

 "Client states that some 20 assocs. within her dept., (i.e.), Agent Care, are experiencing a 5+ minute hand/clock in CYBERLIFE."

I finally figured out that hand/clock meant wristwatch.
Anyone else heard of or use that term?

Don't look at me, I'm still stuck on 'colloquialisms'.....are you going to make me go to dictionary .com dad, or are ya gonna tell me what it means?Huh?  Sheesh, I thought internet communications were suppose to be one syllable, easy to understand, conversations!!! Cheesy
