There's just been too many Greenie warnings for me to continue giving them.  My dogs absolutely loved them, and fortunately we had no problems.  We've moved on the "bully sticks" and those seem to be a big hit, too.  Instead of "Greenie Sunday" we now have "Bully Sunday".

I agree.  I have never given greenies, as I always thought they looked totally unappetizing, but will never give them now!  My guys only get totally natural unprocessed stuff now as I have never had a problem with the raw bones they get (of course I always supervise as well), with the exception of bully sticks.  Argus isn't as in to them as the bones though.  The other boys LOVE them!

I used to buy those by the bag, and luckily, we've never had problems.
but, I won't be buying them anymore after all the problems I've read.

I used to give an occasional greenie or one of those dental bone thingys and rawhide and never had any problems, but now I stick to doggies biscuits and soft treats.  My guys are total gulpers.

You know, I always wondered about feeding the necks and such as some people do, but was never sure if they should be cooked or not. I even went so far as to cook up all the giblets one night, then wasn't sure about the necks, so never fed them!

Ohhh my lot got mad for the giblets and the necks, I feed them raw the dogs love them.

Necks are really hard to get hold of round here, so I feed carcasses, with intact wings.

i feed them raw...it`s been awhile though. i really want to start homecooking again for diva but i need more research and play time than what i`ve got now.
