OK I see my avatar is missing and when I try to upload it i get this message.

An Error Has Occurred!
The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.  Have you turned that feature off?

Hmmm, interesting....I haven't changed anything since the new install...let me see whats up

I'm gunna have to check into this more...I've played with it for a while, but my head is a bit foggy today, maybe I'll get some time to play with it tomorrow.
 I tried resetting the permissions of the upload avatar directory..but doesn't seem to help for some reason.

hmmm, something up..it won't even let me attach a image file to the post...and I've done that in the past few days...hmmmmm

Ok Joe...it's working now.
for some reason, it uses my redwingtattoo sites forums for it's avatars and attachements.
so, I'm guessing..when I have time, I'm going to have to check into my database and see where to change that information so it uses the folders etc from this site instead.
