Read this... I guess we should all get updated on the pet safety laws. This has been in effect since august and I didn't even know! Here my dogs and sis' love havin their noses out the window...they're gonna be mad.

I am *trying* to get involved in rescue transport more this summer and found this... this applied to PA, however, might be similar things for other states? Might want to check... and any of ya planning on traveling through PA with dogs in tow might want to read...
Just an FYI. Anyone hauling dogs through PA must have them in a
seatbelt, crate, carrier or behind a grate. All dogs must be inside the
vehicle, no heads are permitted outside.
This becomes effective mid August
